You need to buy credits to respond to customers on SweetAs. The cost of 1 credit is R20 and this reduces to R16 if you buy in bulk packs.
How credits are priced
Every customer lead that is sent to you is priced in credits. The cost of a job varies from 1 credit to 5 credits and this depends on the size of the job and the number of pros in the area.
So, bigger jobs like bathroom remodels will cost 4 credits, while smaller jobs like swimming lessons will be 1 credit.
