Tip 1: Have a Clear Vision

Before you make the final deal with the customer, make sure that you ask questions to allay any doubts. What you can do to ensure that (all) the concerned parties are on the same page is to get everything in writing. Include details of important things like:

• Total cost of the project
• Amount to be paid as down payment or advance
• Opting to get paid in intervals, just before end or at the end
• The total timeframe of the project
• What will the work environment be like
• Find out in detail what the work will involve
• Figure out whether you can perform the job

Once you have the above mentioned details all worked out, you can proceed with the job!

Tip 2: When in Doubt, Don't Take Any Chances!

At SweetAs, we do our best to ensure maximum screening of requests for the safety of our Pros. However, that does not mean that you should let your guard down.

Take the following precautions:

• Don't answer to spam requests
• If a name sounds funny or fake, it probably is!
• Don't reply to customers who ask you for your personal info
• Never give out your bank account details for no apparent reason

Important notice: If you come across any of these, please report them to SweetAs immediately!

Tip 3: Say No to Discrimination!

SweetAs has a strict Non-Discrimination Policy so if you run into something like this by any chance, please don't hesitate to report it to us. Our goal is to establish and maintain a healthy, happy and safe environment regardless of your beliefs, sexual orientation, or looks!

Tip 4: Keep Your Loved Ones Informed!

Before you start your new work, it is imperative that you let your loved ones know about the nature of said work, and when and where you will be doing it. Also do the following:

• Share your working location on your smartphone with someone close to you
• Keep your phone charged and within reach at all times
• If you find yourself in a dangerous spot, leave immediately
• If you are unable to leave, call emergency services as soon as possible

At SweetAs we care about your safety and well being, which is why we highly recommend you keep all the above mentioned tips and precautions in mind. If you leave a job because of these, please make sure to report it to us.
